When you submit the enquiry form on our Contact page, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your organisation (optional)
- Your telephone number (optional)
- The service you are interested in
- An indicative budget range (optional)
- The message you write
- Your preferred method of reply
Information collected automatically
Our web server keeps standard access logs, which typically record the IP address making a request, the page requested, the time, and the browser identifying itself. These are generated by the hosting infrastructure rather than by us, and are used for security and troubleshooting.
We also temporarily record a hashed form of your IP address for up to one hour after you submit the enquiry form. This is used solely to limit how many submissions can be made from one source, which prevents the form being abused to send spam.
What we do with it
- To reply to your enquiry. Your details are emailed to us so we can respond.
- To confirm receipt. We send you an automatic acknowledgement email.
- To protect the website. Rate limiting and spam checks as described above.
We do not add enquiries to a marketing list, and we do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for their own purposes.
Where your information goes
Enquiry details are delivered by email and are held in our email system. They are not stored in this website’s database.

How long we keep it
